Mr. Larry Lee Belk, Jr., 55, a resident of Trinity, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Atrium Health High Point Medical Center. He was born on July 31, 1967 in Portsmouth, Virginia to his parents, Roberta Wade Belk and Larry Lee Belk, Sr. He graduated from Page High School, class of 1985 and studied culinary arts at GTCC and computer information technology at DDCC. Known by some as “JR” and “Chef Cueball”, he worked several years at The City Club, Cardinal Country Club, and as a Pharmacy Tech at CVS. He is preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents; his father, Larry Lee Belk, Sr.; his beloved furbaby, Lady Onyx Noir; and several aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Belk of the home; his mother, Roberta Wade Belk of Greensboro; two brothers, Woodie Belk of Greensboro and Robert Wade and wife Barbara of Idaho; and his loving fur-babies, Thad and Jenny.
