Newly Identified Photograph! William Clinton Wade, Ruby Opal and Betty Lucille Wade

When I scanned in Dad's pictures, I either didn't know how to add a name (I didn't), or the picture did not have a name on it.  I think this is Uncle Bill Clinton Wade. If so, who is with him?  If not, who is it?

Update!!!  Both Lynne Lent and Rick Wade contacted me and felt this must be Uncle Bill's first wife and first daughter.  This afternoon, I received a message from Carl Smith.  Carl Smith is a DNA match that I haven't  been in contact with for a couple of years.  Carl confirmed that this is William Clinton Wade, first wife Ruby Opal (Smith-I may have this wrong) and their daughter Betty Lucille Wade.  Betty Lucille Wade was Carl Smith's mother!  His father is Francis William Smith, Sr.
